My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, one of the beds we paid for was missing. The service was a mix of very nice and attentive staff alongside some rudeness. The location was convenient, close to various attractions and amenities. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some issues like moulded pastries, but it was not entirely bad.

We even had to switch suites last minute due to a non-functional kitchenette, which cost us extra. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff being really helpful while others lacked the proper attitude. The location was convenient with nice restaurants around, but the dining experience was hit or miss. However, the Tuscan cheese was surprisingly good.
